Ten years ago, Romain and Romain started with a simple observation. Seafood is a luxury in big cities — yet it was part of their everyday life growing up. Their mission: to make seafood accessible to everyone. After proving their concept across several restaurants, they are now embarking on a bigger adventure: turning JUSTE into the first seafood franchise built around accessibility. We partnered with them on this journey — defining the brand through consumer research, trend and competitor analysis, and a workshop. This groundwork allowed us to deliver a clear brand vision with a distinctive positioning. We can't wait to reveal the new visual identity and architectural signature that will transport you straight to the Atlantic coast.
